Returns will be granted to all participants who have not completed the final exam. Once the exam is completed, provider cards are populated; therefore refunds cannot be processed. You will receive a confirmation email from Authorize.net notifying you of your completed transaction.

You fully understand that it is not the intention of Online ACLS Certification.com, through its PALS or ACLS certification or recertification courses, to fulfill any state or federal requirements for any medical certifications or programs. Furthermore, you fully understand that the American Heart Association (AHA) or the Emergency Cardiac Care (ECC) does not accredit the PALS and ACLS courses offered through Online ACLS Certification.com, as they do not accredit any course offered completely online. You understand that completing the courses and receiving a PALS or ACLS provider card will not give you the right to represent yourself as the holder of an accredited certification and you are participating in these online courses for the sole purpose of self improvement. It is your full responsibility to verify with your employer and/or organization acceptable forms of PALS and/or ACLS certification and recertification programs.

Participants agree that in no event, shall any liability be placed on Online ACLS Certification.com, its affiliates or employees for the participant’s actions once they have completed any of the PALS or ACLS courses and exams provided on Online ACLS Certification.com. Individuals who have participated in any of our online courses understand and acknowledge that they are personally responsible for their actions, current and future, which include but are not limited to, incompetence, injury, or loss of life that result from contact with any infant, child, adult or person.
